Yes. All custom dessert orders require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery. Orders are not confirmed until deposit is received.

We recommend at least 2 weeks’ notice for custom desserts. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on our schedule.

Yes! We offer pickup, delivery, and full dessert table setup. Delivery/setup fees vary by distance and scope. Pickup is always available from our kitchen location.

Absolutely! You can request any cake, cupcake, or filling flavor (from classics like vanilla and red velvet to gourmet options like lemon, cookies & cream, or fruit fillings). Just include your preferences in the order form.

All desserts are made in a food-safe kitchen that handles common allergens (wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts). While we take care to avoid cross-contact, we cannot guarantee allergen-free desserts.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will forfeit payment. Reschedules may be available depending on our calendar.

Cupcakes & cakes: Keep refrigerated until 1–2 hours before serving.
Cookies & brownies: Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Dipped treats: Keep in a cool, dry place (avoid heat).
Fried favorites: Best enjoyed the same day they’re made.

Yes. Cake tastings are available for weddings or large events—please inquire at least 4 weeks in advance.

At this time, desserts are local pickup and delivery only. We do not ship desserts to ensure freshness.
