Stitch & Stir Creations

Stitch & Stir Creations provides interactive, hands-on event services that may include food items, beverages, heat-press equipment, crafting tools, accessories, and other materials as part of its customization experiences, including but not limited to the Hat Bar, T-Shirt Bar, Tumbler Bar, and Mini Cake Bar.

Participation in these services may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to burns, cuts, punctures, allergic reactions, or other minor injuries.

FOOD ALLERGY DISCLOSURE

Food items may be prepared, stored, transported, or served in environments that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens.

While reasonable precautions are taken, Stitch & Stir Creations cannot guarantee that any food or beverage item is completely free of allergens. Due to the interactive nature of food-related services, the risk of cross-contamination may increase.

EQUIPMENT & TOOL SAFETY DISCLOSURE

Certain services may involve:

• Heat presses or heated equipment, which may cause ensure burns if touched improperly

• Pins, needles, hooks, sharp tools, or fasteners used for customization

• Crafting tools or accessories that may pose a risk if mishandled

While staff provides guidance and supervision, participants assume responsibility for using equipment safely and following instructions provided during the experience.

CLIENT & PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

By booking or participating in any Stitch & Stir Creations experience, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own discretion

• It is the client’s responsibility to notify Stitch & Stir Creations of any known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or concerns prior to the event

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times

• Stitch & Stir Creations is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of tools, failure to follow instructions, or individual participation choices

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The client and all event participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Stitch & Stir Creations services, including but not limited to:

• Burns from heat presses or hot surfaces

• Cuts, pokes, or punctures from pins, needles, or sharp tools

• Allergic reactions or food sensitivities

• Accidental spills, contact injuries, or equipment-related mishaps

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By booking and/or participating in any Stitch & Stir Creations service, the client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Stitch & Stir Creations, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Participation in customization activities

• Use of tools, equipment, or materials

• Food consumption or allergic reactions

• Accidental injury or mishaps during the event

This release applies to the client and all guests attending the event.
