Stitch & Stir Creations (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides custom apparel, desserts, drinkware, and mobile customization experiences. By placing an order, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Orders & Custom Work
All custom orders are made specifically for each client. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final once production begins.
Please review all details carefully before submitting your order or approving proofs.
3. Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings and custom orders.
Remaining balances must be paid by the date provided in your invoice or booking agreement.
Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation without refund.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are 25% of total price and non-refundable.
Event rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
No-shows or same-day cancellations for events are non-refundable.
5. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary depending on the service and order size. Estimated timelines are provided at the time of booking but are not guaranteed due to supply availability, client responsiveness, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Event Services (Bars & Experiences)
For mobile experiences (Hat Bar, T-Shirt Bar, Tumbler Bar, Mini Cake Bar):
Client is responsible for providing adequate space and access.
Setup and breakdown times are included in the service window unless otherwise stated.
Stitch & Stir Creations is not responsible for guest misuse of products or equipment.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, content, and branding remain the property of Stitch & Stir Creations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Stitch & Stir Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Date Night Dinner Experiences
“A Seat at the Stitch & Stir Table” is a curated dining experience and requires advance booking. Menus, setup, and details are customized per client.
• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit.
• Final menus and details must be confirmed by the deadline provided.
• Cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
