Q: Can I change my order after it’s placed?

A: We begin processing orders quickly, so changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee adjustments can be made.

Q: What types of customizations do you offer?

A: We offer vinyl, embroidery, sublimation, and DTF ( direct to film) options on hats, hoodies, shirts, and more. You can personalize with names, logos, graphics, or your own design ideas!

Q: Can I use my own logo or design?

A: Absolutely! Just upload your design during checkout or email it to us after placing your order. We’ll let you know if we need a higher-quality file.

⏳ Processing & Shipping

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Our processing time is typically 5–14 business days, depending on the complexity of the order. Shipping time is additional and varies based on location and carrier.

Q: Do you offer rush orders?

A: Yes! Rush orders may be available for an extra fee. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we hope to expand soon!

A: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an error or issue with your order, we’ll work with you to fix it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
