A 25% deposit secures your date on our calendar. Once booked, we handle all sourcing, design preparation, and event coordination to ensure a seamless, elevated experience.

  • Our Hat Bar is an interactive, luxury customization experience where guests design their own hats using patches, charms, embellishments, and specialty elements. Each hat is customized live by Stitch & Stir Creations.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a callβ€”we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • All packages include delivery, professional setup, and an on-site attendant to press hats and complete customizations live. Supplies, styling, and breakdown are all included.

  • A 10-hat minimum is required for all events. Events with 100+ hats require a custom quote.

  • We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance. Peak dates and large events may require additional notice.

  • Service time depends on your guest count and package selection. Most events range from 2–4 hours. Extended service time may be added if needed.

  • Guests select their design elements, and a Stitch & Stir Creations team member completes all pressing, placement, and final customization to ensure quality and durability.

  • Yes. We can curate patches, fabrics, and embellishments to match your theme, color palette, or branding. Custom event patches and branded elements are available.

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before your event.

  • Final hat counts must be confirmed prior to your event. Increases may be accommodated based on availability. Reductions may be limited once supplies are secured.
