Our Process

1. Book Your Mini Cake Bar
Submit a booking request with your event details, preferred package, and estimated guest count. Once we confirm availability, you’ll receive a custom quote to secure your date.

2. Choose Your Package & Customizations
Select the Mini Cake Bar package that fits your event. You’ll choose your included cake flavors, icing options, fillings, and toppings based on your selected package tier.

3. We Prep & Curate Your Bar
We prepare your mini cakes, organize your customization options, and style the bar to match your theme and color palette — all behind the scenes so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

4. We Set Up at Your Event
On event day, we arrive early to set up the Mini Cake Bar with all cakes, toppings, and décor. Everything is displayed beautifully and ready for guests to enjoy.

5. Guest Customize & Enjoy
Guests personalize their mini cakes using the curated options provided, creating a dessert that’s uniquely theirs — and just as fun to design as it is to eat.

6. We Handle the Cleanup
Once the experience is complete, we break down the bar and clean up the space, allowing you to relax and enjoy the rest of your event.

Stitch & Stir Creations – Mini Cake Bar
Stitch & Stir Creations prepares and serves mini cakes and dessert components in a kitchen and event environment that may contain or come into contact with common food allergens. These allergens may include, but are not limited to: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other food products.
While we take reasonable precautions to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens. Due to the interactive nature of the Mini Cake Bar — including shared toppings, utensils, surfaces, and guest handling — the risk of cross-contamination may increase during service.
Client Responsibility
By booking the Mini Cake Bar, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
It is the client’s responsibility to inform Stitch & Stir Creations of any known food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions prior to the event.
Guests with severe allergies or sensitivities should exercise caution and participate at their own discretion.
Stitch & Stir Creations is not responsible for individual guest decisions regarding consumption.
Assumption of Risk
The client and their guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with consuming food prepared and served at the Mini Cake Bar. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or other adverse responses.
Release of Liability
By booking and/or participating in the Mini Cake Bar experience, the client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Stitch & Stir Creations, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from food consumption, allergic reactions, or participation in the dessert bar experience.
This release applies to both the client and any guests attending the event.
